my brother made Filets de Poisson Gratines, a la Parisienne
[fish filet poached in white wine with cream and egg yolk sauce]
the food doesn’t look too appealing, i know.
i’ve been using this toy camera and it’s so addicting! it makes everything look so…dirty.
i got so excited to shove that food in my mouth that i forgot to take pictures when dinner was served
we also had prawns to dip into the creamy buttery sauce
it was SO YUM.
